ActivAMP®
ActivAMP® is extracted from Gynostemma pentaphyllum – an adaptogenic herb that contains a family of compounds that upregulate alarmins, including the sestrins, which are produced during exercise. These sestrins activate an enzyme called AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), which is often called the “master metabolic regulator” and switches on the same fat-burning and energy producing metabolic processes that exercise does.

Newly published research demonstrates the effects of ActivAMP® on fatigue and physical performance.
The 12-week double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized study showed the oral administration of ActivAMP® improved VO2 Max, increase in O2 pulse, decrease in RPE & fatigue, and increase in nitric oxide synthase. The results demonstrate that ActivAMP® can help support the resistance to exercise-induced physical and mental fatigue.
